DC Bar Member Services

Besides the customer service survey request correspondence sent 28 Mar 2017 at 18:02 hrs; in response to my correspondence sent 25 March; I have not yet received any customer service response to my original correspondence. That could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how the DC Bar defines customer service.

If the DC Bar forwarded the correspondence to Judge Merrick Garland, as per request —  Judge Merrick Garland via: American Law Institute: @amlawinst; District of Columbia Bar (memberservices@dcbar.org); @DC_Bar. — yes, thank you; for your helpful customer service.

If the DC Bar has not forwarded the correspondence to Judge Merrick Garland, because my request to do so, was not included in the non-password protected section of the correspondence. My apologies. My mistake. Could you kindly forward the correspondence to Judge Garland for his records.

Respectfully,

Lara Johnstone, aka Andrea Muhrrteyn

Ms. Taylor Brown

My original email was sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee on 25 March 2017 and Judge Neil Gorsuch et al.

It included reference to Judge Merrick Garland. In the Ecology of Peace culture, we practice transparency and provide any individual who is discussed in a particular correspondence with a transparency copy of such correspondence for their records; should any interpretation in such correspondence referring to them be inaccurate, and if so, they are then able to correct such interpretation. Consequently a transparency copy was provided to Judge Merrick Garland, via DC Bar, which he is allegedly a member of.

If the DC Bar don’t want to forward the correspondence to Judge Garland, then don’t. From me, it was a request, not an order.

I don’t know what Judge Garland’s instructions would be to you, if he was aware of the information that was sent to him, was being withheld from him, by the DC Bar. He might appreciate you withholding the information from him, or not, depending on what his information policy is.

The email I sent on 28 March, was in response to DC Bar customer service survey request, enquiring what my experience was with the DC Bar customer service.

Respectfully

Lara Johnstone
