Notification of EoP v WiP NWO Negotiations: Drain the WiP Swamp:

This is a multi-tasking correspondence on behalf of EoP Applicants whose preference’s – aka what do we want – are available at Eco/Ego Literacy; to inform you of Ecology of Peace v Masonic War is Peace New World Order Negotiations: Drain the War is Peace Swamp (a) strategic goal to preferably orderly, humanely and non-violently implement an EoP Intnl law social contract, to enable humane and orderly deindustrialization and depopulation return to a low tech organic agrarian sustainable economy future; and (b) tactical discussion issues (i) Military Ethics Question: Whom Should the Military Kill; (ii) Responsible Peacenik Freedom Database.

Generally speaking, all EoP Legal Submission cases, involve EoP scientific and cultural law recommendations to shut down the WiP Ponzi profiteering of resource conflict and misery economy, by ‘turning off the tap’ — i.e. the breeding / consumption above ecological carrying capacity limitscauses of resource conflict and war; to implement an Ecology of Peace New World Order Social Contract that a) requires all citizens of all races, religions, nations, to breed and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits; or be humanely eliminated from the planetary genepool; (b) nationalizes all property and provides all responsible freedom oath citizens a property ration to enable their shelter and survival self-sufficiency to enable the rebuilding of a relocalized low-tech organic agrarian sustainable future [Community Solution: The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil; Thompkins Conservation: The Next Economy].

The ‘Whom Should the Military Kill’ military strategic and tactical discussions – following on from EoP US Army Ft Bragg – are different and similar; to (a) South Africa’s Ending Apartheid negotiations between the ANC and the National Party, held between Thabo Mbeki and Willie Esterhuize, as depicted in the movie: Endgame: Trailer, based on Robert Harvey’s book The Fall of Apartheid. The negotiations were brokered by Michael Young, a British businessman who worked for Consolidated Gold Fields, and held at Mells Park House, a country house near Frome in Somerset, then owned by Consolidated Gold Fields; and (b) the Nazi Party’s Wannsee Conference, chaired by Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich, held in the Berlin suburb of Wannsee on 20 January 1942, the purpose of which was to clearly legally define ‘Who is and is not a Jew’, in order to formalize plans for the Final Solution to the Jewish Question—the deportation and genocide of all Jews in German-occupied Europe.

[..]

EoP v WiP: Who Should Military Kill Q: Ecological Carrying Capacity Supremacy Law:

EoP culture’s negotiations – and EoP scientific and cultural law Truth and Reconciliation Military Tribunal recommendations regarding whom should be killed, how, by whom and when – are based upon scientific ecological carrying capacity principles; and submitted to Scarcity Combatant Respondents as part of legal proceedings, to inform them of the Scarcity Combatant War Criminal charges against them; and how and what they can do to take responsibility and make amends for their former breeding/consumption war scarcity combatant lifestyles, by cooperating to implement an EoP Intnl law social contract.

EoP v WiP NWO Negotiations purpose is to provide EoP Axis military officials with a clear legal definition of an Eco Innocent and Scarcity Combatant – whether Jew, European, African, American, South African, Christian, Muslim, Catholic, Buddhist, communist, capitalist, nationalist, liberal, conservative, lawyer, judge, psychologist, farmer, janitor, teacher, or unemployed — so that their soldiers, or any civilians they conscript into militia’s; are clear – if or when they consider EoP Axis Military Necessity Evacuation or some similar form of ‘Military Final Solution’ necessary; for example: if EoP Legal Truth and Reconciliation Commission Legal/Military Tribunals – as suggested in Citizen v R McBride and EoP v Nobel are obstructed or fail – as to whom should not be killed and whom should be killed.

[..] A transcript of all EoP v WiP NWO Negotiations correspondence regarding the Revolution of Military Ethics: Whom Should the Military Kill Question; can be found at EoP FT Bragg.

Imagine: EoP TRC Peace Treaty: 1919 Versailles, 1945 Nuremberg, Cold War:

Imagine if an EoP TRC Peace Treaty process had been implemented at Versailles, Nuremberg, or Fall of the Berlin Wall:

I imagine if the Versailles Treaty had been negotiated through an Ecology of Peace Truth and Reconciliation process, resulting in the implementation of an EoP international law social contract, Hitler would probably have been a happy little yeoman farmer in Austria or Germany, with Blondi and Eva, and nobody would have ever heard of him. Similarly Osama Bin Laden, Ramzi Yousef, Anders Breivik, Che Guevara, Joseph Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Polpot, Charles Taylor, Fidel Castro, etc, etc, would probably have been happy little yeoman organic farmers in their villages in the Middle East, Asia or Latin America, etc. There would currently be less than a billion people on planet earth, all of them – of all races, genders and religions, entitled to their responsible freedom property ration of 7.2 gha at a population of 1 billion, or 72 gha at population of 100 million as per eco-footprint carrying capacity EoP Intnl law – living in responsible freedom villages and nations, as Aryans lived for thousands of years on the Steppe, Bushmen lived in the Kalahari, Chuckchi’s lived in Chukotka, etc.

It can be done, if enough sincere people commit to cooperate to do so.

Responsible Peacenik Freedom Logistics: Sensitive Non-Partisan Implementation.

If [the Responsible Peacenik Freedom Team of Teams Database] is ultimately implemented, it would be important to implement in a non-partisan – racial, religious, gender, ideological, etc – manner. This could be accomplished by getting the first group of individuals signing the responsible peacenik freedom oaths to include at least a few individuals from all racial, religious, gender and ideological – left/right – groups. Once it is established its possible more people from one or other particular religion, race, or gender, may join, but the message must be that the database is non-partisan: that anyone who wants to provide their responsible freedom oath support provides such support to any and all international political and religious leaders to cooperate to implement an EoP international law social contract. That any political or religious leader cooperating to implement an EoP Intnl law social contract, does so on behalf of all responsible freedom citizens, of all races, religions and genders.

Responsible Peacenik Freedom Path to Orderly and Equitable Land Reform Sustainable Future.

EoP TRC: Truth and Reconciliation Draft Statement provides a summary of the suggested help – Citizens for Responsible Peacenik Freedom Database – sincere peacenik citizens could provide to military officials, to preferably cooperatively, non-violently, humanely and orderly shut down the WiP Ponzi industrial economy and transform the economy to a localized low tech organic agrarian sustainable economy.

EoP TRC Draft Statement: EoP Axis Psychotronic Surveillance Officials:

To Secretary of Defence:

If or when the Secretary of Defence of an EoP Axis [eop-axis.tygae.org.za] Nation decides to convene his strategic and tactical advisor Generals, for a Wannsee like meeting to discuss a Final Solution to the Egyptian aka EoP AlSisi [eop-alsisi.tygae.org.za] Question; we hereby confirm that there are EoP supporting Generals who would be willing to (a) provide the Secretary of Defence with their buck stops here written support and suggested EoP New World Order Social Contract Options [eop-nwo-sco.tygae.org.za] strategy – subject to resources and logistics permitting – for implementing an EoP international law social contract; (b) resign  –  subject to EoP Applicants: Johnstone and McVeigh being granted their preferred Russia assisted suicide departure preferences  – if the Secretary of Defence, President/Prime Minister and/or their oligarch bosses; decline to accept the EoP strategy and tactical recommendations; preferring to proceed with WiP military strategy and tactical plans.

Summary of Egyptian Question: EoP v WiP Global War on Terror Metrics Ethics Question: Is their sufficient EoP – Military, State Official, Media, Academia, Religious, Citizen, etc – support to reform and/or abolish the War is a Masonic Breeding Slaves and Cannon Fodder Fertility Religion for Human Sacrifice and Profit Racket; built upon WiP Intnl law – ‘right to breed and consume with total disregard for ecological carrying capacity limits’ clauses of international law’ – foundation.

Summary of the War is a Masonic Breeding Slaves and Cannon Fodder Fertility Religion for Human Sacrifice and Profit Racket can be found in EoP Summary of WiP History.

To Supreme/Constitutional Court and Intnl Court of Justice Judges:

If or when any Nation State’s Constitutional Court – in response to the EoP Axis [eop-axis.tygae.org.za] EoP NTE GMLS [eop-nte-gmls.tygae.org.za] polegal process; or from a EoP Legal Submission [eop-leg-sub.tygae.org.za] application before it;  – recommends such EoP or WiP dispute to it; to the International Court of Justice for EoP or WiP international law deliberation.

And: if or when the International Court of Justice – makes a final ruling confirming or repudiating EoP RH FR [eop-rh-fr.tygae.org.za] EoP Scientific and Cultural Law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za]; related to the EoP v WiP NWO Neg: Military Ethics Q: Whom Should the Military Kill; we hereby confirm that there are EoP supporting Generals who (a) shall obey – resources and logistics permitting – the EoP or WiP international law ruling/orders of the International Court of Justice; and/or (b) are willing to honourably resign – property ration [property-ration.tygae.org.za] resources permitting –  from full employment by the state, to become community low tech organic kibbutz like farmers providing their military skills as unpaid volunteers to local volunteer community police and/or militia; to provide support to communities to obey – resources and logistics permitting – the EoP international law ruling/orders of the International Court of Justice.

Re: Resources and Logistics Permitting:

EoP MILED Clerk’s – thinking attempt to walk in Adm Rogers, Gen Bortnikov, Gen Petr Pavel, thinking shoes – estimates of some of the Resources and Logistics Required by NSA, Kremlin, NATO, People’s Republic of China, etc – Officials, to reasonably, effectively, orderly and humanely obey and implement an ICJ EoP Ruling:

Citizens for Responsible Peacenik Freedom Database:

If all nations alleged ‘peaceniks’ and ‘peace with Russia’ Trump Voters were encouraged and supported to confirm their written cooperative support for a Responsible Freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] future; then state resources currently focussed on management of the WiP Intnl law symptoms; could be redirected to address root causes problem solving to implement an EoP Intnl law social contract, to enable orderly and humane reduction in size of the government work force and corresponding taxes of citizens, aka orderly transition to smaller government.

Military and Juridical Officials WiP management workload would be significantly reduced, enabling EoP Problem Solving:

If all nations alleged general ‘peacenik’ –  oligarchs, citizens, academics, media, religions — and ‘we voted for peace with Russia’ Trump voters, (i) signed their Responsible Freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] Oaths, or (ii) clarified what kind of help they needed to begin to walk their responsible peacenik freedom  eco/ego literacy [ego-eco-literacy.tygae.org.za] talk as enunciated in such intended oath; so as to be able to confidently sign their Responsible Freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] oaths.

If Wikileaks would be willing to create and manage a Responsible Freedom database [responsible-freedom-db.tygae.org.za], pending ICJ final EoP or WiP ruling:

Then citizens who have signed their Responsible Freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] oaths could submit them to Wikileaks, ultimately to be transferred to respective Nation State Archives; pending ICJ final EoP or WiP ruling; publicly notifying their particular secular or religious political party and/or candidate/s and/or leaders; of their buck stops here oath support for an EoP responsible freedom future for all.

Such a Responsible Freedom database would provide religious leaders, afraid of risking their religious political capital – Invictus: Springboks decision – with supportive responsible freedom ethical pressure from their followers; to adopt responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] procreation, consumption and informed consent lifestyle changes, of ultimate benefit for their racial or gender based religious community’s cultural or religious law self rule [cult-law-self-rule.tygae.org.za], to practice their particular religious preservation observances in international law legally approved – racial, religious or gender separate – self-rule communities.

Such a Responsible Freedom database would provide industrial agriculture corporate leaders with access to farmland; or large landowners; the ability to ascertain how many citizens are willing to voluntarily adopt responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] procreation, consumption and informed consent lifestyle changes, enabling such agri-corporate, farmers or landowner, decision-makers to voluntarily begin to allocate partial sections of their farm land property directly to responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] citizens, families or racial, religious, cultural or gender based cultural or religious law self rule [cult-law-self-rule.tygae.org.za] groups of citizens they have interviewed, to start responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] kibbutz style organic self sufficient farming cooperatives.

Such a Responsible Freedom database would provide military leaders a clearer indication where they need to focus their strategic and tactical resources to (a) help racial, religious or ideological individuals or groups who need help to learn to walk their responsible peacenik freedom talk; to get the help they need; enabling them to sign their Responsible Freedom oaths; and/or (b) which groups are beyond the small degree of rationality boundary; and require coercive State mass surveillance or otherwise pressure.

Currently military officials engage in mass surveillance – including psychotronic surveillance – of all planetary citizens – including Americans – personal and business online correspondence and transactions – as disclosed per EoP legal submission to FUC v NSA [fuc-v-nsa.tygae.org.za] & ACLU v James Clapper [aclu-v-jc.tygae.org.za].

The borders of the State of Israel are what God gave us in the Bible. Political circumstances may be such that we cannot occupy those borders at a particular time, but it is according to the Bible simply forbidden, to give up what you possess. You realize of course that I am a religious fanatic; but there is some small degree of rationality in me. If someone had come to me and said that giving up Gaza and Northern Samaria, would actually benefit the safety of the rest of Israel. Even though I believe it’s a mistake, I can understand it. We will pack our bags and we can go. But nobody, not the government, not the United Nations, not the United States, you name it. Nobody has explained what the benefit is to Israel for pulling out of here. And all I ever hear is Give Peace a Chance. Leaving here is a bold move for peace. What bold move for peace? It’s absolutely senseless. …. Everyone out here is so laid back, they are practically laid out. I would have preferred an old age home. Its true, I’ve been ready for an old age home since my Bar Mitzvah, but since she calls the shots, and wanted to go out and have an adventure, before they send us to the glue factory.. We came out here. –  [EoP Bold Emphasis] Moshe Saperstein; Highway 51: unSettled / Withdrawal from Gaza.

Another element that was helpful to Russians was a particular feature of Russian culture: since money was not particularly useful in the Soviet era economy, and did not convey status or success, it was not particularly prized either, and shared rather freely. Friends thought nothing of helping each other out in times of need. It was important that everyone had some, not that one had more than the others. With the arrival of market economics, this cultural trait disappeared, but it persisted long enough to help people to survive the transition.

A small farm offers somewhat better possibilities for farming, but most farms in the U.S. are mortgaged to the hilt, and most land that has been under intensive cultivation has been mercilessly bombarded with chemical fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides, making it an unhealthy place, inhabited by men with tiny sperm counts. Small farms tend to be lonely places, and many, without access to diesel or gasoline, would become dangerously remote. You will need neighbors to barter with, to help you, and to keep you company. Even a small farm is probably overkill in terms of the amount of farmland available, because without the ability to get crops to market, or a functioning cash economy to sell them in, there is no reason to grow a large surplus of food. Tens of acres are a waste when all you need is a few thousand square feet. Many Russian families managed to survive with the help of a standard garden plot of one sotka, which is 100 square meters, or, if you prefer, 0.024710538 acres, or 1076.391 square feet.

What is needed, of course, is a small town or a village: a relatively small, relatively dense settlement, with about an acre of farmland for every 30 or so people, and with zoning regulations designed for fair use and sustainability, not opportunities for capital investment, growth, property values, or other sorts of “development”. Further, it would have to be a place where people know each other and are willing to help each other – a real community. There may still be a few hundred communities like that tucked away here and there in the poorer counties in the United States, but there are not enough of them, and most of them are too poor to absorb a significant population of economic migrants.

Constructive Criticism Errors of Logic or Reasoning:

If anyone wants to provide a written submission to the EoP v WiP NWO Negotiations: Drain the War is Peace Swamp strategic and tactical question: ‘Whom should the Military Kill’; you are welcome to do so.

If you notice any errors of logic or reasoning; in any of the Ecology of Peace foundational concepts – the foundation upon which Ecology of Peace scientific and cultural law values are based – or any language that is ambiguous and can be made clearer and more simple, I would appreciate it if you could provide such constructive criticism written feedback; so that I can make any corrections, if so required. .
